Have you ever dreamed of owning your own piece of property?
I recently helped a client purchase 22 acres in De Soto, Missouri but in reality, I helped my him make his dreams come true. He has always wanted to have acres of land where he could hunt, have a garden, raise some cattle and create a place to spend his weekends with his family. The property has two houses already built on the land but the houses look more like shacks to the typical St. Louis buyer. However, my buyer was able to see past the two homes and realize the potential that just the foundation can offer- which I really appreciate as a Realtor. The land offers a beauty that is only to be found in the Midwest (including all the chigger bites we both got walking the property), it is located a mile from the Black River and is equipped with wild turkeys and deer roaming the land.
The second time looking at the property the entire family (parents, in laws, siblings and 6 children under age of 6) came to take a look as well. When I saw all the children get out of the car and immediately start running and climbing the trees I knew that finding this property for my buyer would change his entire family’s future. This experience is one of the most rewarding experiences I could ask for as a new Real Estate Agent and am so grateful to have loyal clients who gave me a shot to help him fulfill his dreams!
